Dutch Corn Salad is an heirloom, hardy, cool-weather annual leafy vegetable that is native to Europe but can be commonly found growing throughout the eastern and western United States. At maturity, this plant reaches a height of 16” and features a 3-4" dark green color and soft textured salad greens. This plant can be grown in a container, is rabbit safe, provides forage to livestock, is frost tolerant, and is edible!
